1. Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Standard Shipping : £3.99 (Estimated 3-5 business days)

Express Shipping : £6.99 (Estimated 1-2 business days)

Free Shipping: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders over £50.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. International Shipping
Currently, we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. For international inquiries, please contact our support team . Please note that international shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes
Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of purchase. Store  is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.

6. Damages
If you receive your order damaged, please contact us immediately  with photos of the damaged item and packaging so we can file a claim and send a replacement.
